This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Inadot, Inc collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of our platform and related software and tools (collectively, the “Software”). This policy applies to the Software and all products and services offered by Inadot, Inc, including the website www.inadot.com (the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy laws, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to better understand how we collect, use, protect, or otherwise handle your PII.
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of PII when you use our Services and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve our Services. “Services” as used herein means the Site and Software operated by Inadot, Inc.
For US residents, this Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other US privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your PII in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use.

What Information Do We Collect?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you participate in activities on our Site, use our Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and our Services, the choices you make, and the Site and Software features you use.
“Personal information” or “PII” means information that can be used to identify you as an individual, such as:
● Personal data - personal information such as your name, profile picture, email, mailing addresses, and phone number.
● Registration data - information you provide to register for an account on our Site or sign up to use our Software, including your date of birth.
● Profile data - your username and password for your account with us, as well as your interests and preferences.
● Marketing data - the email address or contact details that we use to send marketing communications and your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, events, sweepstakes, and contests.
● Purchase data - your order history and information needed to process and fulfill your orders, including order details, billing address, and delivery address.
● Other information - information we may collect which is not specifically listed here, but which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Payments. Our Services use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

● Information processed from third-party integrations you set up with us. For example, a third-party integration may give us access to information stored in that third party that we will process to facilitate the integration.

● Information about you provided to us from other individuals or users of our Services
Passively Collected Information
Device and Usage Information. We automatically collect standard Google Analytics data when you visit, use, or navigate our Site. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Site or Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily used to maintain the security and operation of our Services and is also used for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies. When you visit our Site, our web server sends a cookie to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small pieces of information that are issued to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or access or use a mobile application that stores, and sometimes tracks, information about your use of websites. How Do We Use Your Information?

● Direct Marketing. We may use your personal information to send you Inadot-related marketing communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in herein.
● Provide cross-device management of your account. For example, we may locate or try to locate the same unique users across multiple browsers or devices (such as smartphones or tablets), or work with service providers that do this, in order to save your preferences across devices and analyze usage of our products and services. Combining Information
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, we may combine the information that we collect through your use of our Services with information that we receive from other sources, both online and offline, and use that combined information as set out herein.
When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?
We may share your personal information with the following third parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:
Service providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate our Service or our business (such as order fulfillment, payment processing, customer support, hosting, analytics, software development and maintenance, email delivery, marketing, database management services, and risk and fraud mitigation).
Third-party platforms. Social media and other third-party platforms that you connect to our Services, such as when you use options to access our Services by logging into a social media platform. Please note, we do not control the third party’s use of your personal information.
The public. Other users of our Services and the public when you disclose personal information for public use. For instance, our Software enables users to create a website, store, and to publish music. We do not control how other users, or third parties, use any personal information that you make available to them. Please be aware that any information you post publicly can be cached, copied, screen captured or stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines) before you have a chance to edit or remove it.
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate to comply with law or for the compliance, fraud prevention and safety purposes described above.
Business transfers. If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes, or all or some of our assets are sold as part of a bankruptcy or other proceeding, we may transfer your information to the new owner so that our Services can continue to operate. In such case, your information would remain subject to the promises and commitments contained in this Privacy Policy until the acquiring party updates it. If such transfer is subject to additional mandatory restrictions under applicable laws or agreements, we will comply with those restrictions.

Our Services offers links to, and the ability to use, third-party websites, online services, and applications that are not affiliated with us and which may then link to other websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link to, the ability to use, or integrate with a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us.
Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications.
We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access our Services within an environment that you feel is appropriate and/or secure.
Withdrawing Your Consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
If you have instructed, allowed, elected, or otherwise initiated a request for your contact information to be transmitted to one or multiple third parties via our Services, you must contact each third party individually with a request to withdraw your consent.
International Transfers
Inadot operates globally. Therefore, it may be necessary to transfer any information provided by you to another jurisdiction other than where you reside. Specifically, we operate servers in the United States of America, which make it likely for your information to be transferred to and processed within the United States. By using our Services, you understand and consent to your information being transferred and processed as described in this privacy notice.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights
The California Code of Regulations defines a “resident” as:
All other individuals are defined as “non-residents”.
If this definition of “resident” applies to you, we agree to adhere to certain rights and obligations regarding your personal information.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect. As described in more detail in other areas of our Privacy Policy, we collect and/or disclose personal information about you when you visit or use our Services, including information about you that you provide to us, and information that we automatically collect from you or your computer or device as you use our Services.
Personal information does not include information that is: (i) publicly available information from government records; (ii) de-identified or aggregated consumer information; or (iii) certain information excluded from the scope of CCPA.
Use and Sharing of Personal Information. We may use, share, or disclose the personal information we collect for our business purposes described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Access Request Rights. You have the right to request that we disclose how we collect and use your personal information. To submit an access request, see Exercising Access and Deletion Rights below. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:
● The categories, sources, and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
● Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.
● The categories of third parties with whom we shared that personal information during the past 12 months (if any).
● If we sold or disclosed your personal information, we will provide you with two separate lists disclosing:
○ the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased (i.e. sales); and
○ the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained (i.e. disclosures for a business purpose).
Deletion Request Rights. You have the right to request that we delete personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete your personal information from our records, unless certain exceptions apply.
Exercising Access and Deletion Rights. To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing us at [email protected].
Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
● Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
● Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
● Deny you goods or services.
● Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
● Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
● Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals. We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Nevada Rights
Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of information about you. We do not sell your data in accordance with Nevada Senate Bill 220. However, if you are a Nevada resident you may submit a request to opt out of any potential future sales under Nevada law by emailing us at [email protected]. Please note, if needed, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the personal data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
Inadot may process your personal data because:
● We need to perform a contract with you
● You have given us permission to do so
● The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights
● For payment processing purposes
● To comply with the law
Retention of Data. We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Data. Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
